I made the bold decision to forge my own path and launch Wise Marketing, an agency dedicated to providing customized marketing solutions tailored specifically to the needs of small businesses in Wise County. As a fellow small business owner, I swiftly recognized the paramount importance of a robust social media presence. However, I also acknowledged that not all companies possess the luxury of time, financial resources, or technological know-how to keep pace with ever-evolving trends or hire a dedicated marketing professional. Guided by this vision, my primary objective is to empower and nurture these businesses, ensuring their prosperity through effective social media and marketing strategies.

Desiree has a deep affection for the charming small-town ambiance of Wise County and possesses an extraordinary talent for connecting with her clients on a personal level. Born and raised in Wise County, she embraced Decatur as her home five years ago. Over time, she has fostered authentic relationships with numerous businesses and non-profit organizations within her community. In addition to her professional pursuits, Desiree cherishes her role as a devoted mother to her daughter, often found cheering her on at volleyball and basketball games. As a parent, she is wholeheartedly committed to improving the community she calls home, not only for her family but also for the benefit of others residing in Wise County.

With a career spanning three decades, Troy recently retired as the Director of Technology at Decatur ISD, where he played a pivotal role in shaping educational technology for 25 years. Proficient in graphic art, social media management, and web design, his skills are second to none. Troy's unique blend of artistic prowess and technological finesse positions him as a valuable asset to the team at Wise Marketing.

With several years of creative experience under her belt, Karleigh, a native of Wise County, brings a vibrant energy and dedication to every project. She thrives on exploring all avenues of creativity, from graphic design and visual arts to crafting unique solutions for her clients. Karleigh possesses a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every element of her designs aligns with the client's vision. Karleigh's local roots fuel her passion for making a positive difference in her community. Born and raised in Wise County, Hayley's profound affection for her small town and community runs deep. Born and raised in Texas, USMC veteran, prior 911 dispatcher, wife, and mom to 3 kiddos, I’ve been in Decatur for seven years. I’ve had the pleasure of serving our community in different aspects through the Sheriff's Office and our family-owned & operated small businesses. I believe it’s our job to build and maintain a healthy community for our children to inherit.
