I started Wise Marketing because I genuinely care about our local businesses and the people behind them. My journey began with involvement in our local Chambers of Commerce, where I had the chance to work closely with small business owners across Wise County. It didn’t take long for me to realize how much I loved being part of their stories — celebrating their wins, navigating challenges, and watching their businesses grow.
That’s when it hit me — I wanted to do more. I wanted to be the kind of support system I knew so many of them needed. So, I took a leap of faith and started Wise Marketing, a company built on connection, community, and creativity.
As a small business owner myself, I understand how overwhelming it can be to juggle everything — especially marketing. That’s why I’m here: to take that weight off your shoulders and help your business show up in the best way possible through smart, authentic marketing strategies that truly work.

Desiree has a deep affection for the charming small-town ambiance of Wise County, and she has a talent for connecting with her clients on a personal level. Born and raised in Wise County, she made Decatur her home five years ago. Over time, she has built genuine relationships with businesses and non-profit organizations in her community. In addition to her professional pursuits, Desiree treasures her role as a devoted mother to her daughter and can often be found cheering her on at volleyball and basketball games. As a parent, she is wholeheartedly committed to improving the community she calls home, not only for her family but also for the benefit of others residing in Wise County.
Troy Bagwell brings a wealth of expertise in art, graphic design, and technology to Wise Marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Painting and Drawing from the University of North Texas. With a career spanning three decades, Troy recently retired as the Director of Technology at Decatur ISD, where he played a pivotal role in shaping educational technology for 25 years. Proficient in graphic art, social media management, and web design, his skills are second to none. Troy’s unique blend of artistic prowess and technological finesse positions him as a valuable asset to the team at Wise Marketing.
Ashley lives in Boyd with her husband and their five kids, who range in age from 14 to 21. She has 12 years of experience marketing for small and medium businesses including 2 years of corporate work as a Marketing Technologies Specialist. Ashley is a WordPress Website developer and has created hundreds of webpages in her career. She stays on top of the most current SEO and Google Advertising strategies to help her clients get found on Google and dominate their competitors. Her work is driven by strategy and her goal is to get her clients an exponential return on their investment. She enjoys building connections with her clients and partnering with them to watch their businesses grow.
Hailey believes that social media is a KEY component in achieving one of many goals within your small business. She’s been in the social media business for five years and if there’s one thing she’s learned that she wants to pass along to you, it’s this: Authenticity is key! When working with her, you’ll find that this core belief is the backbone of every strategy, campaign, graphic, video and direction that she produces for her clients all while having fun with it! An artistic soul with a lifelong passion for bringing visions to life, Nina brings over 15 years of creative experience and a strong eye for design, storytelling, and strategy to every project. Her background in digital design, photography, content creation, and visual branding gives her a unique ability to create work that feels polished, purposeful, and true to each business.
Nina specializes in social media management, graphic design, website design, Google Business Profile management and growth strategies. She is passionate about building genuine partnerships with local small businesses, learning their stories, and creating tailored digital strategies that increase visibility, strengthen community connection, and help them grow in today’s market.
Madison graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Design Management and has a passion for helping businesses grow through creative, strategic marketing. With experience in social media management, paid advertising, website design, branding, content creation, and photography, she enjoys finding unique ways to tell each client’s story and connect them with their audience.
With over seven years of experience in photography and marketing, Madison understands the dedication it takes to build a successful business and brings that same creative and strategic mindset to every client she works with. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her with a camera in hand, trying a new coffee shop, or spending time with family and friends.

With experience spanning record-breaking brand deals, national arena tours, and high-impact content for major platforms, he brings creativity, strategy, and precision to every project.
His background includes leading operations and partnerships for Dude Perfect’s multi-platform brand and directing creative for ESPN’s 30 for 30. Through every project, Cody’s mission remains the same: to tell stories that connect with people, strengthen brands, and deliver meaningful results.
